Our History
Slow, Unhurried Travel filled with art, literature, history, culinary delights and walking has been our modus operandi the last twenty years. We have come to know many beautiful places and people by walking where they walk, seeing what they see, and reading, viewing and listening to what fills their lives. It all started with getting off the tour bus and walking. We followed a whim, got ‘lost’ in a new place and found a new way to travel.
“The moment my legs begin to move, my thoughts begin to flow.” Henry David Thoreau
‘Walking clears the mind, takes away stress and opens up your eyes to a whole new world.” Claudette Dudley
“All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost.” J.R.R. Tolkien
Join us on our walks and wandering by armchair and one day consider joining us on our travel walks as an unhurried traveler.

“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.”
St. Augustine
